Abstract

Many choppers are available for use in hard cataracts. But still it is very difficult to crack the hard cataract code. We have deviced a new modification for a long 2.5mm diagonal chopper.
By just bending the 1.5 mm tip towards left side in a curved position like a sickle , it penetrates the hard cataract like a butter knife and also gives force for lateral separation. This lateral traction by our chopper is the Trump card to separate leathery fires in grade 4 to grade 5 cataracts.
We will be demonstrating the same in our video. It's use in grade 3 to grade 5 cataracts.
No expensive instruments required . Our chopper is not patented anybody can make it with simple diagonal chopper and use it.
