Abstract
A 10-year-old child sustained trauma to his right eye in a tire blast incident. He presented with temporal self-sealed corneal perforation with cataractous lens. Ultrasound was anechoic and non-contrast CT scan showed multiple foreign bodies in zonules. Under general anesthesia lens aspiration was done. Temporal fibro-adhesions around the foreign bodies was noted which was dissected using vitrectomy cutter. Lens was placed in the bag and surgery was concluded.
