GP0105 : Expeditions of a young ophthalmologist entrepreneur

Abstract

Dr.Praveen Subudhi

A young ophthalmologist, typically in their early thirties, takes the initiative to start and run an eye clinic. They need to display a combination of ambition, creativity, and a strong desire to make a difference in the world through their entrepreneurial ventures. Young entrepreneurs need to possess unique perspectives, fresh ideas, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing ophthalmology environment. They need to take risks, work hard, and learn from their mistakes as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with starting and growing a business at a young age. Young ophthalmologists have to pass through multiple academic economic and emotional upheavals but they need to tread their path with a strong determination. The aim of this course is to make every ophthalmologist attempt to become an employer.
