Abstract
NTRODUCTION: In the developing nations,one of the leading causes of secondary glaucoma is Lens induced Glaucoma due to hypermature cataract .LIG increases the pre-operative and post-operative morbidity compared to simple uncomplicated cataract.AIM OF THE STUDY: To assess the final visual outcome in different types of lens induced glaucoma after surgical management. OBJECTIVES: To study the various modes of presentation of different lens induced glaucoma. To assess the factors influencing the final visual outcome. MATERIALS AND METHODS:cross sectional study. This study included 98 cases. The patients were followed up from the time of admission and surgery till 4 weeks post-operatively. The factors influencing the final visual outcome were analysed.
