Abstract

"A 26-year-old female with a history of vision loss and multiple episodes of uveitis presented with a complicated cataract in her left eye, featuring seclusio pupillae and vascularization over the lens's anterior capsule. There was no posterior segment view. Ultrasound B Scan shows features of vitritis with normal RCS complex.The patient was managed with a combined anterior segment and posterior segment approach to clear the cataract, followed by vitrectomy and lens implantation in a single sitting.
