FP0546 : Differences of GCC among Primary Angle Closure, Primary Angle Closure with OHT and early PACG

Abstract

Purpose:
The present study aims to investigate GCC parameters in subjects with PAC before injury changes initiate due to increased IOP.
Study design:
This was an observational, cross-sectional study of 113 patients with PAC, PAC with OHT and early PACG.
Methods:
GCC analysis was done by SD-OCT using RTVue-100 software and parameters compared between PAC, PAC with ocular hypertension (OHT) and early PACG groups.
Results:
Percentage difference between group 1 and group 2 in average GCC was 5.2% (p=0.001), in inferior GCC was 5.01%(p=0.004) and in superior GCC was 5.26% (p=0.001); and between group 2 and group 3 was 13.9% (p=0.001), 14.4%(p=0.004), and 13.5% (p=0.001), respectively.
Conclusion:
This study showed a loss of 5.2%, 5.01% and 5.26% in group 2 and 13.91%, 14.4% and 13.5%, respectively in group 3 in average, inferior and superior GCC. There was 3.44% and 1.17% increase in GLV and FLV in group 2, and 11.43% and 4% increase in group 3.
