Abstract

this is a case of 22 year male referred by neurologist for ophthalmic evaluation. he had blurred vision in right eye for last 10 days. on examination of right, there are cells 1+ in anterior chamber .fundus examination showed diffuse subretinal exudative detachment . other eye was within normal limits. he was started on oral steroids 1 mg/kg bd wt/day. after 2 weeks similar picture developed in left eye. clinical fundus phtograph, swept source OCT , OCT angiography, usg bscan were done.0
