Abstract

this is the case of 56 year old female came to tertiary clinic with diminution of vision in both eyes for last 2 months. visual acuity for distance in right eye 6/18 for distance and n10 for near and in left eye was 6/60 and near n356. she is diabetic with uncontrolled blood sugars. on examination , nuclear sclerosis present in both eyes. fundus examination shows dot haemorrhages and hard exudates in both eyes, with subretinal bleed in left eye. clinical fundus photograph, sweptsource OCT were done
