Abstract

Keratoconus is a bilateral, asymmetric, progressive corneal disease, characterized by progressive thinning and increased curvature.VKC which coincides with KC can significantly induce progression and deterioration of KC. 17yroldmale,engineeringstudent,residentof sonbhadra presented with gradual progressive severe diminuition of vision RE>LE for 2-3yrs.
