Abstract

52 year old man presented to the emergency department with sudden onset of blood tears in Right eye for past 1 hour. No history of pain, irritation, trauma.History of similar complaint 2 months back,resolved on its own.On evaluation RE anterior segment showed upper eyelid palpebral conjunctival papilloma temporally otherwise anterior and posterior segment normal. LE anterior and posterior segment normal. BE best corrected visual acuity 6/6. RE conjunctival papilloma excised and base cauterised.Histopathological examination revealed pyogenic granuloma.Patient was on follow up and no recurrence was reported till one year.
