Abstract
Abstract- presenting a case of 69 years old male patient who presented with diminution of vision since 3 years. On examination an inferior lower temporal corneal opacity was noted with cataractous lens. Patient was posted for CATARACT extraction. While performing, this opacity was closely looked at and turned out to be retro endothelial FIBROVASCULAR MEMBRANE.
Conclusion – evaluation and management of membrane behind posterior surface of cornea is a special challenge for ophthalmologist. Clear understanding may allow more specific and efficient treatment
