Abstract

Purpose :This case report explores the clinical presentation, diagnostic approach, treatment and outcomes of a traumatic subhyaloid hemorrhage case providing insights into its management.
Methods and Materials: A detailed analysis was conducted on a 24 years old patient with traumatic subhyaloid hemorrhage. Clinical examination, imaging, histopathology and treatment records were reviewed
Results: The case exhibited unique clinical features and diagnostic findings. Treated with the Nd:YAG laser hyaloidotomy .There was no recurrence till 1 year follow up.
