Abstract

A 33-year-old male patient presented with complaints of diminution of vision in left eye for 1 day. He had a history of injury to his left eye at his workplace while hammering a metal piece. BCVA RE -6/6;LE-6/36. Intraoperatively, no IOFB was found albeit an exit site along the superotemporal arcade around which endolaser was done .6 months later NCCT orbit revealed well radio-opaque shadow in the left extraconal compartment superior to the lateral rectus muscle
