Abstract
Diffractive type of Multi-focal IOL require perfect centration. Late subluxation of MFIOL after uneventful phacoemulsification surgery is a relatively rare occurance. We present a case of 68 years male who developed late subluxation of a Multi-focal IOL, 10 years after phacoemulsification surgery. The likely cause of the subluxation was this patient had undergone Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy, He also was a myopic patient. The e poster will discuss various challenges in re-centration of MFIOL.
