Abstract

Having large eccentric corneal opacity not only make a normal cataract surgery challenging in term of irregular astigmatism but also restricted field of view for underlying cataract surgery. All steps need to be perfect and with intusions working strong ll help us complete the case with ease And bring the best visual outcome for the patient. This is one such case of complicated cataract with corneal scarring where limited visibility and associated adherent leukoma and small pupil really tested my nerves but phaco with iol implantation was done along with optical iritectomy and sphincterectomy aided in giving better peek to cataract visualization.
