Abstract

DMEK has a steep learning curve compared to DSEK. Despite being a successful DSEK surgeon operating in complex situations, operating DMEK was not an easy task. this video describes the challenges faced by the surgeon preoperatively. intraoperatively, and post operatively and management of these challenges to get the desired final outcome.
