Abstract

Study design- single case report
Purpose- To follow up a case with a clinical diagnosis of vascular occlusion secondary to globe perforation
Methods- Clinical settings, clinical presentation, optical coherence tomography (OCT) , management and visual outcome were analyzed. This case was followed up for 4 months. Case was treated with IOP lowering agents and prophylactic barrage laser was done.
Results- Patient demonstated visual improvement after prompt diagnosis and treatment. Patient was followed up till 1 year and did not show any adverse result.
