Abstract

Case 1:64 years old female presented with sudden onset of floaters for 1 week in right eye(RE).On examination ,visual acuity in RE was 6/12 and left eye (LE )6/18 improving to 6/6 in both eyes(BE).RE Fundus showed hemorrhagic PED superior to the fovea. FFA and ICGA in LE showed polyp at inferior arcade.In RE- 2 intravitreal pagenax was given and LE focal laser was done.On follow up,BE vision was 6/6 with flattening PED.
Case 2 :73 years old female presented with dimunition of vision in both eyes for 1 month.Ocular examination vision in RE -6/60 improving to 6/18 & LE -6/24 improving to 6/9 .Fundus examination revealed huge bilateral serous PED.OCT shows spontaneous RIP in RE & large PED in LE.Patient was started on oral eplerenone for 6months.Patient was very keen to take intravitreal injection given 2 intravitreal injection of pagenax in LE leading to flattening of PED in LE, vision noted 6/36 in RE & LE 6/9.Both patients were under close follow up.
