FP2448 : Successful treatment of simultaneous Inflammatory disc edema and Central serous chorioretinopathy.

Abstract

We report two case reports of Disc edema secondary to inflammation, one with simultaneous CSCR and the other who developed CSCR after starting steroids. Case one had optic disc edema secondary to optic neuritis and second patient had optic disc edema secondary to HLA B51 positive Behcet's disease. Both the patients were started on corticosteroids. CSCR developed and increased secondary to steroids on further followup. Fundus fluorescence angiography was done and focal leak was identified which was treated with focal laser. Both disc edema and CSCR resolved completely in both the patients.
