Abstract
Squamous cell carcinoma of conjunctiva is the end stage of spectrum of diseases referred to as ocular surface squamous neoplasia.The main risk factors are exposure to ultraviolet rays , HIV/AIDS , human papilloma virus. The limbal epithelial cells are progenitors of this disease. We report a case of 40years old male patient who presented to the OPD with white painless progressive growth on the nasal side of conjunctiva of right eye. the growth is white , round and is of 7*7 mmof size with dilated blood vessels on surface. the growth is excised under local anaesthesia and sent for histopathological examination where it is diagnosed as well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of conjunctiva.
