Abstract

A 45yr old female came with c/o growth of lesion in the right lower eyelid for 2 yrs,pain for 15 days. No known comorbidities.O/E: vision (BE) 6/6,Right Eye- Adequate lid closure,2*3 cm horn like growth present near medial canthus in lower eye lid,well defined margins, visible superficial vascularization,small ulcer in the tip of the growth,firm consistency.LE- normal.(BE)normal fundus. Complete blood counts within normal limit,Surgical procedure of RE wide local excision done.The excised specimen send for biopsy which confirms the diagnosis of clear cell hydradenoma. After 3 months post operative follow up no recurrence .This case presented for rarity of tumor
