Abstract

MY case report describes –
• 35 years old male
• Presented with redness, lacrimation and swelling of upper eyelid of left eye for last six months.
• Non-diabetic, Non hypertensive
• Smoker and No drinking habitsINVESTIGATIONS- Physical examination, ocular examination, FNAC and histopathological study was done along with it CT Scan orbit was done.

DISCUSSION- In our case, Perineural invasion (PNI), an adverse prognostic sign, is there and So there is high chance that it may invade orbital structures. So postoperative prophylactic radiotherapy was considered.

• Known case of Xeroderma pigmentosum diagnosed 15 years back when he first noticed small keratinized growth over forehead. It was non-progressive in nature and was not associated with pain or fever.
