Abstract
55-year-old female presented with complaints of bilateral gradual, painless diminution of vision post bilateral cataract surgery. Known case of diffuse B-cell lymphoma status post chemotherapy and whole brain radiotherapy, currently in remission. She could perceive only hand movements bilaterally and fundus examination showed a hazy media with greyish white vitreous opacities, optic disc appeared pale and other details were not visible. Underwent 25 gauge pars plana vitrectomy and vitreous sample was sent for cytology and flow cytometry- which was positive for lymphoma. Repeat LP was positive for lymphoma. Intrathecal and intravitreal methotrexate was given and patient is being followed up for further dose administration.
