Abstract
A 36 year old female came to the OPD with complaints of blurring of vision in OU since few years. She had no ocular complaints. On examination Best corrected visual acuity in OU were 6/9. Anterior segment evaluation was normal. Posterior segment examination revealed large symmetric subretinal yellow deposits with even distribution in posterior pole and midperiphery with sparing of the extreme peripheral retinal area. SD-OCT showed irregularities of the RPE with multiple dome shaped pigment epithelium detachment with interruption of ellipsoid zone in few areas. These findings were suggestive of large colloidal drusen.
