Abstract
A 25 years old primigravida came with complaints of sudden onset defective vision in right eye at 1st trimester. Not k/c/o GDM, PIH, anemia. BCVA OD was 6/24 and OS was 6/6. Anterior segment examination and IOP were WNL. On fundus examination, dome shaped elevation noted in posterior pole in right eye. OCT of right eye revealed serous neurosensory detachment involving fovea. On systemic examination, her blood pressure was 110/70 mmHg, and there was no pedal edema. Laboratory investigations including electrolytes and urea, urinalysis, and blood sugar profile were all normal. Advised monthly follow-up. At 20 weeks of gestation, increase in size of NSD noted. AT 26 weeks, OCT showed 4 separate serous NSD in different locations. She is currently at 32 weeks of gestation and monitored periodically.
