Abstract
We present 15 cases of tubercular posterior uveitis (TBPU) wherein different presentations of TBPU are presented simultaneously. Most common presentations (in decreasing order) were tubercular retinal vasculitis (TRV), choroidal granuloma, tubercular multifocal choroiditis (TBMC) with TRV, serpiginous-like choroiditis-TB (SLC-TB) with TBMC, choroidal granuloma with SLC and TRV. Cases were treated with anti-tubercular therapy plus high dose corticosteroids. All cases achieved complete resolution with sequelae such as sub-retinal fibrosis (extramacular) and sclerosed vessels (with no visual complications).
