Purpose
Analyse the trend of PCR testing at our institute over the past year

Methods
Retrospectively collected data from CY2022-CY2023 October. The data was analysed to understand the spread of PCR positive cases.

Results
15 patients were tested in CY2022 and 44 patients in CY2023 till October, with 5 (33.3%) and 15 (34.1%) testing positive respectively. A total of 18 AC Tap samples and 2 Tear samples were tested, with 5 (27.7%) and 1 (50%) returning positive. Total positives were 17 in number (28.8%), with the split being – TB (5.88%), Fungal (5.88%), Eukaryotic (41.2%) and Viral (47%)
