Abstract

To report two cases report of who had presented with defective vision and Retinal hemorrhages and how subsequent imaging and further ancillary
testing revealed blood dyscrasia and allowed for early referral for treatment by the appropriate medical subspecialist. Thereby resolution of hemorrhages and improving vision and more importantly it was lifesaving.
