Abstract

In those video, we talk about how to implant retropupillary fixated iris claw lens -a step by step guide.when we see an expert surgeon implanting an iris claw lens, it looks very simple. Tucking the s behind the iris by using the iris claw holding forceps and cannuala and getting the nice round pupil at the end of surgery is the aim. But when a beginner surgeon tries it, it can turn out to be messy. So we split this surgery into small steps to make it easier to understand and master. We also talk about the rare event of explanting an iris claw iol.
