Abstract
Design:Retrospective
Purpose:To assess retinal vascular parameters(RVP) with AngioTool(AT) and correlate with BCVA & Simple Mactel classification(SMC).
Methods:120 MacTel2 eyes and 60 control eyes were included. SDOCTA of superficial complex(SC),deep complex(DC) were exported into Image J and AT. Vessel area(VA),vessel percentage area(VPA),total number of junctions(TNJ),junction density(JD),total vessel length(TVL),average vessel length(AVL),total number of endpoints(TNE),mean E lacunarity(MEL) were studied. Results:RVP were significantly different between two groups except EA,TNE in SC and DC.RVP had no correlation with BCVA.Interquadrant analysis in SC & DC showed statistical significance in VPA,AVL,JD and in AVL,TNE,JD,VPA respectively.Post hoc analysis in SC & DC showed statistical significance in TNJ,JD TVL,AVL between grade1 and 3, and in VA,VPA,TNJ,JD,TVL,MEL between grade0 and 3 respectively. Conclusion:AT with OCTA may provide quantitative markers for disease progression.
