Abstract

The capsulorhexis is one of the most critical step in cataract surgery. Incomplete capsulorhexis or capsulorhexis which has extended into zonules increases the risk of its posterior extension. This makes further surgery stressful and risky. What if we can bring back even the capsulorhexis which has extended into zonules? yes, it can be done by "quick pull". In this video, we will define the exact method to achieve repeatable results with this maneuver even in cases where the capsulorhexis seems lost.
