VT0334 : A new sunrise in 360degrees PERIPHERAL ULCERATIVE KERATITIS (PUK)- CHALLENGING SCENARIO

Abstract

68 yrs old male patient who is one eyed presented with active PUK and dense cataract with UCVA CFCF. we took the case with 2 phase manner . Phase one we controlled PUK with topical and systemic medications and with AMG and in phase 2
we dealt with cataract surgery in 360 degree corneal thinning in a challenging way with the outcome of 6/12 UCVA.
