Abstract

Surgeries such as iridodialysis repair, CTS placement, SFIOL are challenging to any surgeon. They require a special setup or special instruments or a specialist surgeon. They are challenging to even the best surgeons as they involve peritomies, flaps, multiple sclerotomies and knots. Flanging techniques for SFIOL is common, we can apply these for other surgeries as well. We have come up with a few techniques of our own to overcome these challenging cases and certain points to make these procedures easy and safe to perform.
