Abstract

The video shows management of a traumatic cataract with zonular dehiscence. The patient was taken for cataract surgery, keeping in mind pre existing zonular dehiscence. VR backup was arranged prior. After capsulorhexis CTR was inserted in bag and phaco was initiated. A nucleus drop was seen early in surgery and dislocated cataract was being managed. Few minutes in the surgery even the CTR dropped in vitreous cavity. The case ws well managed with and anterior chamber IOL being implanted. A surprised IOL position was seen in post op period.
