Abstract

A 60-year-old female presented with phacomorphic glaucoma. Examination revealed corneal edema and an intraocular pressure exceeding 50, even with maximum antiglaucoma medication. The video demonstrates the management of such cases, utilizing a straightforward vitreous decompression technique with a 25-gauge trocar and cannula.
