Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) is a leading cause of vision impairment and blindness worldwide in prematurely born babies. In view of the highest medicolegal risks in screening and treatment of ROP, limited number of ophthalmologists practise ROP. The purpose of the present instruction course is to discuss the common hurdles encountered in ROP practice and how to overcome them. The instruction course will be interactive. This would be inspirational for the fellows to pursue ROP training and will be beneficial for those in ROP practice.
