Abstract
Cataract surgery has emerged as refractive surgery. Patients’ expectations have gone sky-high. The refractive surprises following cataract surgery are not uncommon. The surprise can be managed by incisional surgeries, LRI, Laser vision correction, IOL exchange and Piggyback IOL. Here we describe the case-specific indication of each procedure, the pros and cons and tips for getting the optimal result and a satisfied patient.
