Methodology:
The 30 year old patient presented to us with the following

Signs:
Visual acuity in both eye 6/60
Cornea: both eye showed greyish-white subepithelial opacities, variying in density located centrally. The lesions are sparing the limbus. Generalised decreased sensations present.
Rest all anterior segment examinations were within normal limits.
The patient was diagnosed with both eye Reis- Buckler's corneal dystrophy and advised operative penetrating keratoplasty in both eye. On post-operative follow up similar pre-operative lesions recurred in both eyes on 6months in the graft cornea, graft host junction and host cornea.
