Abstract

This is retrospective analysis of a procedure which is not well known in litrature,where in a In-Lay method of graft fixation is done in threatening situation like positive vit pressure especially when a triple procedures are attempted for penetrating keratoplasty.we could achieve a successful procedure with good visual recover and graft survival.
