Abstract

The aim of our study was to investigate the effects of IOP measurements obtained by Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Technology(Corvis ST), Goldman applanation tonometer (GAT) , iCare , Non contact tonometer(NCT) and to assess the difference between the various measurements.
We included 50 patients with primary open angle glaucoma and assessed their IOP measurements obtained with Corvis ST, GAT, iCare, NCT using a repeated measures ANOVA, a paired t test,and regression analysis,
IOP measurements were showing highest values on GAT followed by NCT , iCare and IOP Corvis in the glaucoma patients in our study.
This showed that the IOP value obtained by NCT, GAT, iCare and Corvis ST were not interchangeable .
