Abstract

A 4 years old baby Misha, was referred by the cardiologist to rule out any manifestations of connective tissue disorder in eye.Patient complaints of defective vision for past 1 year(both near and distant vision)
Birth history- term baby, cesarean section and normal birth weight
Developmental history- no developmental delay,all milestones achieved upto the age
General examination- child is active and alert, normal height and weight for age
OCULAR EXAMINATION- both eyes were orthophoric.
Visual acuity by landolt’s c chart- 6/18 both eyes
Iris showed iridodonesis and lens-superotemporal subluxation of lens in both eyes.
Rest anterior segment was normal in both eyes.
Fundus- both eyes disc, vessels normal
Macula- FR+
Extra ocular movements of both eyes- full, free and painless.
