Abstract
AIM – A comparative study of IOP variation with GAT, NCT and perkins tonometer and its co-relation with CCT.
STUDY DESIGN – Clinical cross sectional study
METHOD – CCT was recorded for both eye using AS-OCT in all participants. IOP was measured with GAT, NCT and perkins tonometer. The relation of IOP with all three tonometers with CCT was explored in all subjects.
RESULT AND CONCLUSION – IOP measured with all three tonometers was significantly affected by CCT. GAT is affected by CCT more than NCT and perkins.
