Abstract
A 7 Years old child came to OPD with h/o decreased in vision following sungazing No h/o any ocular complaints On examination ocular movements was full on both eyes ,Best corrected visual acuity of 6/6 in Both eyes , A detailed anterior segment evaluation was done and found to be unremarkable ,Fundus evaluation revealed both eyes Media Clear Disc appears normal, pink in color, with well defined margins, with cup disc ratio 0.3 , vessels arising from center and branching dichotomously With Av ratio of 2:3 macula normal FR sharp OCT done revealed Disruption in the interdigitation zone and IS-OS Junction from the above findings we came to a diagnosis of solar retinopathy.
