Abstract
STUDY DESIGN: Retrospective, cross – sectional study.
PURPOSE: To compare white to white (WTW) measurements obtained from IOLMaster 700, Pentacam and digital calliper and its correlation to achieved vault.
METHODS: Patients who had undergone phakic IOL surgery at a tertiary Eye care center between 2017-2022 were enrolled in the study. Horizontal WTW measurements were noted from digital calliper along with IOL Master 700 and Pentacam HD. Post operative vault was measured using AS OCT at 6 weeks followup.
RESULTS: the mean WTW obtained from pentacam and callipers were 11.58 and 11.56 which were not statistically different while IOL master mean value was 12 which overestimated the WTW.
CONCLUSION: WTW values obtained from digital callipers can be used interchangeably with WTW values of pentacam and optimal post operative vault can be achieved.
