Abstract

Study Design – Retrospective study
Purpose: To compare patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and satisfaction results after blended refractive surgery in three groups: one group undergoing bilateral Lasik laser and the other two undergoing blended refractive surgery with one eye Lasik laser/ PRK and another eye ICL.
Patients and methods: We gave A Quality of life and PRISQ questionnaire to patients who had undergone blended Refractive surgery on 3 months of follow-up
Results: Overall PROs and satisfaction were similar among all the groups. There were no meaningful differences in refractive outcomes among the groups.
Conclusion: Blended refractive surgery led to higher satisfaction with near-intermediate and distance vision among patients who were deemed unfit for LVC. Furthermore, the overall differences in PROs were not statistically significant.
