ABSTRACT – Presenting a case of 58year old woman with history of swelling over lower eyelid of right eye from last 1 year. She presented to EYE -OPD of Darbhanga Medical College with rapidly growing swelling from last 6 months turned out to be basal cell carcinoma lower eyelid on biopsy.
