Abstract
Purpose: This case report explores the clinical presentation, diagnostic approach, treatment and outcomes of a single sebaceous upper lid carcinoma case providing insights into its management.
Methods and Materials: A detailed analysis was conducted on a 60 years old patient with sebaceous upper lid carcinoma. Clinical examination, imaging, histopathology and treatment records were reviewed.
Results: The case exhibited unique clinical features and diagnostic findings. Surgical excision with adjuvant therapy resulted in successful tumour removal and functional restoration.There was no recurrence till 1 year follow up.
