Study design- Case report
Purpose- To demonstrate that OSSN can mimick as Conjunctival pigmentary lesion especially in seropositive patients and should be managed aggressively for better ocular outcome.
Methods-Mass excisional biopsy surgery was done and the sample was sent for histopathological examination. The findings were consistent with Conjunctival Intraepithelial Neoplasia
Results- Complete removal of tumour followed by medical management resulted in preservation of ocular integrity and satisfactory visual functions.
Conclusion-In cases of CIN mimicking as conjunctival pigmented lesions risk factors like HIV should be given prime importance to arrive at a provisional diagnosis and the management plan should be tailored accordingly as timely aggressive intervention is essential to preserve ocular health effectively.
