All these patients were screened in the Department of Neuro-ophthalmology for Clinical features, visual outcomes, and ocular and neuroimaging findings.Eighty eyes of 43 patients were included. Of these55%were male and44% were female.Mean age was 45.52 ± 10 years. The range of visual acuity at presentation was from 6/9 to Counting fingers.RESULTS:Of those where visual fields was done the most common field defect was central/paracentral scotoma (14.2%) followed by bitemporal defects (34.6%).Loss of macular GC-IPL, RNFL thinning and associated systemic risk factors like diabetes had poor outcomes as compared to those who presented early, immediate discontinuation of medication, no risk factors.
