Abstract

We are presenting two cases of sudden decrease in vision .Patients presented with , Intra-retinal and sub-retinal hemorrhage. Multimodal imaging showed tortuous vessels with dilation in one of the artery .A presumptive diagnosis of Retinal Artery macro aneurysm was made. Anti-VEGF was given followed by Focal laser PHC after 2 months. Second patient had pre-retinal ,Intra-retinal and sub-retinal hemorrhage. Green laser hyaloidotmy was done to drain the pre-retinal hemorrhage . Mutimodal imaging revealed Retinal A Macro aneursym for which laser Photocoagulation was done.
